You can seach by firstly narrowing down the options using the 'Filter by catergory' dropdown.
Then enter search words with spaces in between (do not use , or ; between words only spaces).
So for example if you are looking for a document containing Hailwood or TT type Hailwood TT this will find all documents containing both terms, so the more terms the more documents that will be found. Searches are not case sensitive
How to search - The way it calculates and an example below:
- 10 points if the document has a name exactly matching the entered query, this is also highlighted with a tag on the returned document
- 5 points if the document has a name that partially matches the entered query
- 2 points for every tag that matches a "word" inside the query, a word in this case is decided by a space
So...
- For example, if using the search query "Scrambler manual" the following will be returned:
- Any documents with a name exactly matching "Scrambler manual" will be given 10 points
- Any documents with a name containing "Scrambler manual" will be given 5 points
- Any documents with the tags "Scrambler" or "manual" will be given 2 points for each find
- The results are then sorted with the documents with the highest points first
Please give it a go, we've tried to tag documents with as many entries as possible.
