  • How can I join? - You can join us here today online and get access to the website now
  • How do I renew my membership? - Start of by logging onto your MY MEMBERSHIP here using you email address, then click on Renewal / Payment information. If you cannot log on try doing a password reset, if that doesn't work please contact our membership secretary memsec@docgb.net
  • I've moved house, how can I change my address and contact details? - Postal address, phone numbers and email address can be changed by logging onto MY MEMBERSHIP here or email our membership secretary memsec@docgb.net with the details, please provide current address phone number / email for identity purposes.
  • Can I pay for my membership by standing order? - Yes, you will need email our membership secretary memsec@docgb.net to let us know and for our bank account details and set this up with your bank, use your membership number as the payment reference so MEMB 12345 for example. there is a standing order form here
  • A company/organisation has made enquiries to me about offering incentives or discounts to DOCGB members, what should I do? -  Refer the matter to the Discounts Officer by either asking the company/organisation’s appropriate representative to contact the Discounts Officer via the email discounts@docgb.net or notifying the Discounts Officer of the request by email.
  • I have tried to apply a discount code or utilise an offer published on the DOCGB Benefits, Discounts Page (https://www.docgb.org/discounts) but the code does not appear to be valid and/or the company/organisation has told name that the offer is no longer valid? - Please notify the Discounts Officer of the issue via the email discounts@docgb.net

  • I am a member of the DOC GB Facebook Group, can I attend these events? – You are of course welcome to attend most DOC GB events, however, specific DOC GB events such as; Northern, Southern & the Welsh Merlin Rallies may have special members rates. Plus the AGM or events where the club gets free entry such as WSBK Donington are members only. For information and benefits of membership click here Join Us

  • Are these events definitely going ahead this year? – Unfortunately we have no control over this and will endeavour to provide the latest information as we receive it. Please ensure you confirm with the individual event organisers before you travel.

  • I am aware of an event that is not listed here, can it be included? –  Yes any event relevant to our members can be included. Please email details of these to events@docgb.net and we will get it added.
