Ducati 900SS Bevel. One Owner. 27,000m

I bought the bike new in 1981. 27,000 miles. All the original parts come with the bike.

Stored for several years. Looking a little tired now.

Needs cosmetic restoration to the trim of your choice. 

Two tanks, three seats, two exhausts.

In addition to the standard tank, single seat and dual seats is an NCR/Hailwood tank and seat. Not a MHR tank, but a hand fabricated aluminium unit. Built by Terry Baker in the 1980s from the moulds he made for Sports Motorcycles and Mike Hailwood. https://tabclassics.com/about-us/ 

The original exhaust system was Silentium and strangled the bike for emission standards, but this bike has stainless Conti replicas. Also included is a two into one stainless “sport” exhaust!

The bike has always been a road bike, never raced or trackday’d. Mechanically the bike is in excellent condition. Starts easily.  Over the years it has been maintained by John Baines in Silverstone.

Brembo Goldline calipers, Koni dial-a-ride shocks, RITA ignition. Of course DelOrto 40mm pumpers. Choice of 3 rear sprockets.

Currently SORNd. V5 in my name.
