WDW 2022 Upcoming Track / Tests Booking Info 27th june

Dear Ducatista,

As a 3-day pass holder for WDW 2022 you are entitled to book 3 experiences (one of each type), to choose from:

Track session with own motorbike (reserved for Ducati motorbikes only)

Panigale V4S track test ride

Mixed range road test ride

DRE Adventure experiences

DRE Rookie experiences

Lamborghini taxi drive

Audi taxi drive

As of 27 June at 15 (CET) via this link www.wdw2022.com you can access the platform through which you will be able to choose the day and time of your experience during World Ducati Week. Registration will be possible up to and including 18 July, subject to availability. Once an option has been booked, it can no longer be changed.

To access the platform and book your session, you will need to use the following parameters:

The participant must be over 18 years of age, have a valid driving licence suitable for the displacement of the motorbike to be used and must wear the appropriate technical clothing.

It is necessary to be at the reception desk 45 minutes before the start of the booked session for registration and document control; 30 minutes before each session, bookings for anyone who has not arrived by this deadline will be cancelled.

In order to be able to participate in the experience, it is mandatory to sign the liability waiver and indemnity statements prepared by the organisers and the racetrack.

With regard to Track Sessions, we would like to inform you that:

It will not be possible to ride anything other than Ducati bikes on the track. The track sessions take place with one's own motorbike and are not transferable to third parties.

It is mandatory to possess the technical skills required to operate the Motorcycle on the racetrack and in the paddock.

The motorbikes must have type-approval for road use, as such it will not be permitted to ride on the circuit with motorbikes prepared for the track.

Each track session lasts 20 minutes, in the event of the session being interrupted for any reason the time lost will not be made up. In the event of adverse weather conditions no compensation or recovery of the booked session shall be due.

It is compulsory to wear a type-approval helmet, leather suit, back protector, gloves and boots for track racing.

Regarding the Panigale V4S track test ride, we inform you that:

Panigale V4S track test rides sessions are not transferable to third parties.

It is mandatory to possess the technical skills required to operate the Motorcycle on the racetrack and in the paddock.

It is compulsory to wear a type-approval helmet, leather suit, back protector, gloves and boots for track racing.

With regard to the Mixed Range Road Test Ride we inform you that:

Each session lasts approximately 1 hour. In the event of the session being interrupted or cancelled for any reason, including adverse weather conditions, the time lost will not be made up and no compensation or recovery of the booked session shall be due.

The participant is obliged to wear appropriate technical clothing (type-approved helmet, jacket with protectors, back protector, gloves and closed shoes).

The participant may bring a passenger provided he or she is over 18 years of age.

With regard to DRE Adventure Experiences, we would like to inform you that:

The Participant is obliged to wear appropriate technical clothing (type-approved helmet, leather or Cordura jacket and trousers with protections at the shoulders, elbows and knees; back protector; gloves and boots, new or used, which the Participant must have for participation in the Course).

With regard to DRE Rookie Experiences, we would like to inform you that:

DRE Rookie Experience sessions are not transferable to third parties.

DRE Rookie Experiences are dedicated to young motorcyclists, aged 18 to 24, with an A2 licence, who ride derated bikes.

Each session lasts approximately 2 hours. In the event of the session being interrupted or cancelled for any reason, including adverse weather conditions, the time lost will not be made up and no compensation or recovery of the booked session shall be due.

The participant is obliged to wear appropriate technical clothing (type-approved helmet, jacket with protectors, back protector, gloves and closed shoes).

Regarding the Lamborghini and Audi taxi drives, please note that:

You need to book your passenger session via the Taxi Drive link on the platform experience.

The participant must be of legal age and must wear appropriate clothing for the taxi drive: long trousers, closed shoes and a long-sleeved shirt.

Each session lasts 10 minutes, in the event of the session being interrupted for any reason the time lost will not be made up.

The participant is only entitled to one track session, the session is not transferable to third parties.

In the event of adverse weather conditions no recovery of the booked session shall be due.
